About the Artwork:
The original “UnTame”  is a 18 x 24″ acrylic on canvas from my new collection Wild Things.  As much as I love surrounding myself with domesticated animals, I deeply appreciate animals in their natural habitat surviving in the wild.  Taming the wild for example by feeding bears or the lone coyote on the side of the road usually ends badly for the animal or us.    “Untame” is a reminder that the beauty and mystery of a wild animal should be respected and admired from afar.
